VH OmniSell stores your account name, email, securely hashed password, authentication sessions, workspace memberships and business records you enter or import. Authentication may record IP addresses and browser information for session security. Contact form submissions include your name, email and message. We also store the terms version you accepted and its acceptance timestamp.

Marketplace access

When you authorize a live store, credentials are encrypted on the server using a key outside the database. Imports retain shop and order identifiers, product titles, SKUs, quantities, amounts, currency and timestamps. The application does not intentionally retain buyer emails, delivery addresses or raw marketplace responses. Demo workspaces contain fictional records only.

How data is used

Data supports authentication, inventory tracking, read-only imports, analytics and support. Workspace members can view workspace business data. Restricted operators can review contact and deletion requests. Marketplace providers and the configured email service receive requests needed for the requested workflows.

Cookies and retention

Essential HttpOnly cookies maintain your login; production cookies use Secure transport. Logout revokes the session. Account and business records remain until deleted. You may disconnect a store to remove its local credentials and stop future jobs; existing imported records remain until the workspace or account is deleted. No advertising tracker is included.

Deletion

Sign in to request deletion at the account-deletion page. An operator processes the request and records its outcome. Processing removes your account, sessions, local marketplace credentials and all workspaces you own from the active database, including their business data. Your membership in other workspaces is removed; those workspaces retain their business records without your account attribution. Contact submissions matching your verified account email are removed. For unverified addresses, contact the operator to establish ownership before requesting removal of contact submissions. A request ID, status, dates and non-personal completion outcome remain for audit purposes.

Local removal does not delete records held by marketplaces or cancel their grants. Revoke grants in each seller portal as well. Backup copies follow the deployment operator's documented retention schedule; backup retention for this deployment has not yet been established and no automatic backup deletion timeframe is currently promised. Contact form data otherwise remains until operator cleanup or account deletion.

Your choices

You can review workspace records, disconnect stores and request account deletion. Contact us to request access to or correction of your information; we may ask for evidence of account ownership. We do not sell marketplace data or use it for advertising. Hosting and email providers, when configured, process data needed to run the service. No live marketplace access is implied by registration.
