Terms of use

VH OmniSell is provided under the VH Media brand. These terms are between you and the operator identified below, not Etsy, Amazon or TikTok. By selecting the acceptance checkbox during registration or on the terms review screen, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy policy. We record the accepted version and the time of acceptance.

Your account and authorized use

Use the application only for accounts, workspaces and stores you are entitled to manage. Provide accurate account information, protect your password and do not upload data you have no right to process. Registration does not verify ownership of your email address. Password recovery requires an operational email delivery service.

Available functionality

VH OmniSell provides a local catalog, physical inventory records, listing-to-SKU mapping and read-only marketplace imports. Demo imports use fictional records. Live access requires provider registration, approval where applicable, configured credentials, granted API permissions and continuing seller authorization. Availability and quotas are controlled by the marketplace.

You authorize us to process the data you provide or authorize through a marketplace for these requested services, as described in the Privacy policy. Do not provide marketplace passwords through the application; use the marketplace authorization flow.

Operational limits

Imports may be delayed or incomplete. Check synchronization status and reconcile important decisions against the marketplace. Order summaries are not accounting or tax advice. No currency conversion is performed. Publishing products, fulfillment changes and inventory write-back are not available. No production marketplace connection has yet been verified.

Marketplace independence and warranties

VH Media alone provides VH OmniSell. Etsy, Inc. and its affiliates do not develop or supply this application and give no warranties regarding the application or information it accesses. These terms impose no duties on Etsy. No approval, endorsement or certification by Etsy, Amazon or TikTok is claimed.

The service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, error-free imports or fitness for a particular business purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Fees

No paid subscription or billing workflow is currently offered. Any future paid offering will disclose its price and applicable terms before you choose it; accepting these terms does not authorize a charge.

Disconnecting and account closure

Disconnecting a store removes locally stored credentials and stops future imports. Revoke the grant in the marketplace seller portal as well. Existing imported records remain until deleted. You may request account deletion; deleting an owner account also removes its owned workspaces for all members. The Privacy policy explains removal and retained records.

Support and changes

Contact the support email below for application or data questions. We will respond within a reasonable time. Material revisions requiring renewed acceptance will be presented before workspace access continues. If we discontinue an Etsy integration in active use, we will provide at least 30 days' notice to affected sellers and Etsy, unless Etsy permits a shorter period or requires immediate suspension.
